Freezing Bread

I love bread so much, but I’m never buying fancy bread bc it’s incompatible with my single girl lifestyle! It feels so wasteful if I can’t go through a whole loaf. But now the world is my oyster (the pearl is made of bread) bc I have my freezing system down to a science. You cut the loaf in half when you first get it, and half goes in the freezer. It’s helpful if you cut the freezer part into manageable chunks so they’re not too hard to thaw. You can unfreeze it in the toaster as long as you wait till it’s thawed enough to cut, please don’t hurt yourself (oven works too you don’t want to deal with cutting it). Wow! You all probably know this, this is definitely what my mom has been doing for years, but sometimes life is about learning things for yourself.
