Fire Island (2022)

I went into a rhapsody about how much I love adaptations after watching this movie. I really think this is such a great Pride and Prejudice retelling. And just a delight to see 30% of Brooklyn’s alt comedians. I added “Fantasy” by Sofi Tukker to so many playlists afterwards. Caveat to the can-modern-romcoms-be-good debates: yes, if gay.
