Titanic (1997)

No longer ashamed to say this is one of my favorite movies. I’ve seen it at least 8 times. I love how it moves between genres — oceanic discovery into stunning historical romance into tense survival(?) story. I don’t have the easiest time crying, but I have never not cried when Jack is on that raft telling her she’s gonna live a beautiful life. No one has ever been prettier than Kate Winslet in this movie, except maybe Leonardo DiCaprio in this movie (jk she still wins).
